We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Our company webpage is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our product and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We input customer information to our accounting software. All data is stored on an encrypted platform using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). All passwords and logins to this platform are held internally. All hardware and software used by the business is subject to frequent anti-virus/malware scans using industry standard software.

Information such as addresses or contact numbers are only ever passed to third parties where there is a legitimate operational requirement and at the consent of the individual. This information is never used for marketing purposes or given to a third party for any other reason.

We may take photos of our installations for operational or marketing purposes (subject to the customers' consent). There is a small risk that a photo may capture an image of a person. If this is the case the photo will not be used for marketing purposes and will only be stored for as long as operationally required. Workers will make an effort to avoid this.
